Which carriers do Seville Classsics use?

We use UPS for all shipments weighing 1 lbs - 1200 lbs. You will have the option of using USPS Priority Mail for packages under 3 lbs. For anything above 1200 lbs., you will have the option of using Yellow Freight (LTL carrier). You will be prompted of which carrier to use when checking out. Do you ship to Hawaii or Alaska?

Yes, via UPS only.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Only if the package is under 3 pounds going via USPS Priority Mail. Anything going via UPS cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.

Can I pick-up my order to avoid shipping charges?

Due to security & safety reasons, we only allow orders of $500 or more. Please contact customer support for details.

Why is it charging a freight rate when it's supposed to be free shipping?

Freight is calculated at the very end of checkout. The freight charge will be removed once you are about to checkout. All packages with 'free shipping' promotion will go via UPS Ground unless specified.

What are Seville Classics's shipping policy?

Here at Seville Classics, we pass on whatever freight savings we receive from our carriers (UPS) right down to the customer. We never charge a handling fee and it’s never our intention to profit off the shipping charges. If you feel if you have been overcharged for shipping, please contact our customer service department and we’ll gladly reimburse the difference.

We understand that the cost of shipping can be high due to the size of some of our products (e.g., shelving unit sets, worktables, etc.). To help minimize the cost of freight, we attempt to combine shipments (as few as packages as possible) of multiple item orders. We encourage you to shop with your family and friends, and order together to minimize and share the cost of freight, especially for smaller sized items.

You also have the option of shipping under your UPS account number. Just contact our customer service department to arrange this. Furthermore, remember that bulk orders are eligible for volume discounts and LTL (less than truckload) shipments which can also save on the overall cost.
